MeatTrack.com provides lists for URMIS and Poultry Descriptions, Item ID Numbers and Meat Brand Description Codes.
The URMIS and Poultry Descriptions are applicable for all Country of Origin Labels.
Item ID Numbers and Meat Brand Description Codes are all designated as "Product of the United States".

The decision as to future maintenance of the MeatTrack.com Item ID and MBDC numbers, depends on a decision on how the industry will identify and track products that are processed in a retailer's store. The industry is working to establish a traceability plan for store processed products. The associations who support MeatTrack.com, GS1, mpXML and the Fresh Foods Trade Association are part of this effort.
